- Creating an enabling environment for total investment in nurturing care by strengthening legal and institutional frameworks for policy formulation and implementation on ECD in the County.
- Ensuring that everybody involved in the campaign including policy makers, community health units, the media, securiy units, caregivers and communities are adequalty enabled through sentization, trainings and techincal assistance sessions to advocate, share evidence, and create demand for sound nurturing care practices in Siaya County.
- Conducting studies; documenting evidence; carrying out exchange visits; developing messages and sharing the information through targeted campaigns using the various media.
- Sensitizing communties and caregivers to adopt good nurturing care practices that respond to every need of the child which include good health, adequate nutrition, opportunities for early learning as well as security and safety.
