Earlier today, Governor Cornel Gov Rasanga Amoth, Siaya First lady Rosella Rasanga who is the patron of Nurturing Care for Early Childhood Development and Partners held a meeting with the IDEO.ORG who have been tasked with campaigns for Smart Start Siaya project.The IDEO team will further conduct research to understand the needs of the people.The campaign is meant to educate the public on the five components of nurturing care which are;opportunity for early learning, Good health, Adequate nutrition, Responsive care giving and safety and security.
